I’ve been doing more work traveling (with more to come much to Rich’s dismay), but we’re looking forward to traveling together this summer! It’s a just a few days till mine and Kim’s vacation, and I am putting the finishing touches on a “Best of..” episode to be released while we’re gone. Our routine seems to be back to normal for the most part – we work, we come home and eat dinner, we go to bed. We can’t wait for a break from that routine and in 10 days we’ll get it! Another week and still a limited voice for me! This is week three and I am still struggling to sound “normal.” I’m hoping that soon enough this cough will go and my voice will come back. So we had our first significant snow “storm.” Yes I put “storm” in quotes because we only had about 5 or 6 inches, which is nothing for us! A storm for us is typically a foot... 

This is kind of cool! Not only are we at 35 episodes, closing in on the elusive #52, which will bring us to a year by the way, it’s a leap year episode! That means, that we won’t have another leap year episode for 4 years! Wow, that’s a long vacation. Speaking of that, Kim and I will be on vacation in about a month, and we’ll have a “Best of..” show for you to enjoy.... 

It’s been a very long week for both Rich and I. As I’ve mentioned in previous episodes I was traveling this week, but as luck would have it I got strep throat, so the interviews were very difficult  for me this past week – but thankfully I made it through, am on my antibiotics, and feeling much better then I was! Rich was under the weather this past week as well, so we’re happy...

It’s our first episode of 2012! We hope you had a great new year! We stayed home and watched the ball drop and then I was asleep approximately 12 minutes after midnight…haha…it was past my bedtime! It was nice that this year we were able to be together, as a family, celebrating the new year. Our house is back to normal as well – Christmas Kim was Christmased out and decorations... 

It’s a sad day, as Christmas Kim says goodbye till next year. But we’re working on some other characters to be part of the show for other Holidays, like St. Patrick’s Day Rich? I’m writing this after we just got home from Kim’s Aunt and Uncle’s house for Christmas Eve dinner. We spent a great day with Kim’s mother, father and sister.
