Listening to the bit about ACER and the Amiga Patents, the thought just occurred to me, that Amiga, Inc. might have gotten wind of the buy-out ahead of time, and is trying to show that there is life in the Amiga. It might be in order to keep the licenses; it might be something else. Just speculating.
